I created a custom AI automation for HAI that streamlines one of their internal workflows and supports several of their core business processes.

The solution identifies inefficiencies, automates repetitive tasks, and provides clear, data-driven guidance to the team. This enables HAI to operate with greater accuracy, consistency, and speed, empowering the company to scale without the need to hire additional staff while allowing employees to focus on higher-impact work.

I delivered a training session at the Miele HQ focused on how to use AI effectively without any technical background.

During the session, participants explored practical ways to integrate AI into their daily work, learned to formulate clear prompts, and discovered how simple it can be to automate recurring tasks. The training empowered employees to work smarter, make better use of available tools, and unlock new efficiencies across the organization without requiring technical expertise but with an ethical understanding.

I have delivered multiple training sessions at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences for both lecturers and students.

These sessions covered topics such as AI and ethics, AI for content creation, conversational AI, and the foundational principles of artificial intelligence. Each training provided practical insights, hands-on examples, and clear guidance on how to apply AI responsibly and effectively within education.
